Partnership
Azores Freediving is an independent company which, for certain specific services, works in partnership with marine tourism organizations, providing, among other things, a skipper and a boat.
According to the contract established between Azores Freediving and its service provider, the client or third party/agency pays its services to Azores Freediving or to the requested marine tourism organization. The customer or third party/agency cannot prejudice Azores Freediving for a service paid which would not have given him satisfaction, except if the responsibility of Azores Freediving was engaged.
Azores Freediving also offers its customers the services of a travel consultant, as a partner of the Vialala french travel agency. In the case of a stay booked through this service, the customer pays directly to the travel agency. Azores Freediving shall not be held liable by the customer for any services paid to the Vialala travel agency and not provided to the customer’s satisfaction, unless Azores Freediving is held liable.
